Submissions are now OPEN for the 2021 Twin Cities Film Fest!

Offering the best in film

Each year, TCFF presents over 140 regional, national, and world premiere films. In 2021, TCFF will be hosting both in-person and online screenings.  From highly anticipated Hollywood fare to the finest in independent filmmaking, the festival focuses on uncovering emerging talent and showcasing great visual storytelling.  Notable Oscar-nominated films over the years include Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, The Darkest Hour, Moonlight, Lion, Room, Brooklyn, Green Book and Youth!

On average, 72% of films selected to screen at TCFF are found through submissions!

Twin Cities Film Fest has prided itself in championing great work from legendary, contemporary, and rising talent. Diligently seeking out films that display strong written and visual storytelling, TCFF strives to showcase great examples of independent filmmaking.

Here are few guidelines to understand before you submit:
-TCFF strives to include the best quality, diverse narrative and documentary films available.
-Each film submission goes through a rigorous process before selections are made.
-Priority is given to films that haven’t had public screenings in the Twin Cities and are not readily available to the public online (youtube, vimeo, etc…)
-Although we accept submissions from all over the world, TCFF focuses on American Independent cinema.
-TCFF only accepts online screeners for consideration.
-Filmmakers must submit their films via FilmFreeway.
