Jatin Setia – Executive Director

As a recipient of ’40 under 40′ Award as well as ‘MN Real Power 50’, Jatin has been recognized by the community as a business leader and innovator. With the Twin Cities Film Fest, Jatin has brought the community together in a celebration of the arts it deserves. Jatin currently serves as a Board Member of Discover St. Louis Park, SLP Business Council and the TC Actor Expo. Being part of the Minnesota arts and business community, he strives to provide a platform where social conversations, business, culture and arts can not only survive, but work collectively and thrive!

Steve Snyder – Artistic Director

In addition to serving as the founding artistic director of TCFF, Steve is a widely published film critic and former member of the New York Film Critics Circle. His writing on film has appeared in the pages of TIME, PEOPLE, Newsday and the New York Sun, and has been syndicated nationwide by Internet Broadcasting Systems. He has also lectured on film at the University of Minnesota, taught film criticism at the Gotham Writers Workshop, and served as a screener for a range of other film festivals, including the Tribeca Film Festival in New York and the Milwaukee International Film Festival in Wisconsin. He splits his time between Brooklyn and Minneapolis and can regularly be found scouting films for TCFF at Tribeca, South By Southwest, the Los Angeles Film Festival and Toronto.

Bill Cooper – Managing Director

Bill has been involved with the video, television and film business primarily as an actor for over 35 years.  He has a degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud (MN) State University and studied acting at The Actors Studio in Minneapolis. Bill’s acting credits include 25 short and feature films,  200 television commercials and hundreds of industrial, corporate, print, and voice-over projects. Bill has directed two feature length films, HUNTING BUDDIES (Filmworks Entertainment) and DANNY’S GAME (High Octane Pictures).  Bill’s acting website is

Sabra Zahn – Office Manager

Sabra has worked professionally in ticketing for the non-profit world for over twenty years. She spent almost two decades in Chicago; with the Lookingglass Theatre Company, Blue Man Group Chicago, and as the box office manager at the Goodman Theatre. She has a degree in Film History from The Ohio State University and has studied Arts Management at Columbia College Chicago. In the Twin Cities, she currently works at TCFF as well as the box office for the Minnesota Orchestra. She has attended a number of film festivals across the country and is excited to handle behind-the-scenes administrative opportunities at TCFF.

Shannan Paul

Miss Shannan Paul is a Comedian, Speaker, Radio and Television Host, Actress and Social Instigator.  She started her professional career working as a marketing and communications professional for Fortune 100 companies including Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America. Throughout her radio tenure, in addition to her on-air roles, she worked as the Community Affairs Director, Marketing and Promotions Director, and Digital Sales Manager.

Naomi Dahlgren – Festival Manager

Naomi has been involved in the talent, video and film business for many years. Whether in front of the camera, on stage or behind the scenes, Naomi loves to be involved. She has worked as a production manager and assistant director on numerous projects and also wrote, produced and directed her own short film.
